Yesterday was our annual crabsgiving feast. Tons of crab. 2300 calories first day of exceeding 2000 in over 2 months but that's ok. Actually didn't do to bad. Smaller portions and cracking crab takes forever so got full before I could over stuff myself. Almost 5 miles of shopping walking. Not as relaxing as with dogs.
