Happy Saturday. I am doing my at home exercises. Would love to go to a gym... but that is not very convenient. I am doing OK though with my setup

Here in northern CA its going to top at 51 degrees today and is so sunny that i will be out hiking some trails to work off all of yesterday's bday cake. better go get some eggs on board to not have a glycemic crash out there! hope you have a lovely day too!
