I started Losing weight when I hit my record lifetime high on Nov. 5
So since Nov 6th i started cutting back focusing on the Paleo, and reading more on the LCHF, I still had a Lot of Bad food so i did it slowly, well after nov 14 getting more serious everyday i have been focused better the last 3 days keeping Carbs under 10!! and that so happens to be when I cut Alcohol content... more to come
