All is about self-control!! i garantee that saying no to that third chocolate will make you feel better and more proud of yourself than actually taking it! Everything is a process, I didn't take any type of sweet treat at first because i was scared that it would ruin all my work... I have faith in you!! next time you crave something, be conscious 😊😊🫶🏼
