Setelah ngerasin bb di angka 53 terus rest 4 bulan makan sembarangan sgala di makan akhirnya naik ke 63 hahaha ayok semangat jaga makan lagi !!
63 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
