So, this weekend I learned what happens to my body when I try to eat carbs after being keto for several weeks, and let's just say, it ain't pretty! Sorry for TMI in advance, don't read if you don't want to...
After eating carbs, I got bloated and gassy and just in general felt awful for the next 24 hours. Nothing tasted right and my face broke out a bit. I felt tired and nauseated and just gross in general. On top of it, I gained two pounds. So, hard lesson learned! Back on track today so hopefully the effects won't last too much longer. Keep Calm, Keto On!
