Trying to eat a salad every night but with different protein. This one felt like a treat!

I did something recently to challenge myself if I could eat six salads six days in a row. The only way to keep it interesting was to use different ingredients each day.

Definitely a nice way to get veggies in and salads are easy to make. I finished this and hopped straight on my bike and had plenty of energy!

That salad came out to 427 calories and I needed it. Gave me amazing fuel and I was very low on my RDI prior to dinner.
