TODAY I WALK 7 KM BUT WEIGHT IS NOT GOING SURPRISING??????

Google why the scale lies. Maybe cut your carbs a little and see how that works for you? Maybe you're retaining water? Maybe logging activities that are sedentary as exercise is throwing off your expectations?

I am surprised by HOW MUCH the scale varies in a day....I'm going to goodle why scale lies... my gym does have a cool scale that tells me my body mass info as well as water...my goal is to use that weekly, at same day, same time and same conditions, but I want to be healthy and will rely on muscle/clothes fitting, etc.
