Sure, I’ve shared before really easy. Blend 50grm oats, 2 egg whites, 100grm cottage cheese, scoop chocolate protein powder. It may be a little thick so you can add a splash of almond milk, but not too much as it thins out the batter too much. For the cream cheese I just melted 10 grm biscoff with 50grm cream cheese. That’s a cheat though keep it slower calorie with just fruit and maybe a little honey if you prefer
