success, still. I feel like a failure as I failed to walk when I could walk and subsequently was unable due to other priorities. I overate dramatically on a fee days & not do dramatically on others. this is real life, but I need to remember the motivation. not to impress others for sure. stl technically I'm track. I fast I'll go up even more because of that indiscretion. pick up my cross daily and floor him. what a small cross to bear. be thankful& joyful on the Lord.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
