Claro _(:3 」∠)_, la receta es 1 taza de avena, 1 taza de leche light, 1 cucharada de Cocoa, 1 cucharada de miel de maple, Canela al gusto, lo revuelves todo y lo vaz a cocer todo ya que esté listo le echas ,chispitas de chocolates, medio plátano. 4 almendras cortadas en pedacitos y 1 cucharada de yogurt griego(╹◡╹)y listo espero te guste
