OK, this is my first week trying to follow a diabetic diet. We all have experienced that first week of rapid loss, but know it's just because we've made a dramatic change. I thought the warning from FS and the below comment was just too cute! If Only!
My Weigh in Report You lost 1.8 lb (0.8 %) since you last weighed in on Wednesday 28 Oct 15. At that rate it will take you about 2 months to get to your goal weight.
I'm sure it will take me at least a year to achieve my goal weight, but I do like the idea that it could come off in two months!
