Yep, I screwed up big time and went off of Atkins on the 10th or so of September, got back up to 166 now today I'm back down to 160. Not changing my weigh in info until I get below the 157. Been doing alot of reading on different diets again. All lame and blah. Now I just eat all day, literaly all day of fruits and veggies, then one big meal at lunch. So I guess you could call it a Weight Watcher, Slim-Fast, Negative Calorie, Low-Calorie diet! Ha.........so tired of dieting all my life.
