These last 5 pounds are killing me...it's YOYO up & down between 230 - 225...I'm exercising, watching the intake and yet we're getting nowhere...I've even adjusted my goal to be 5 pounds lower to maybe make the break through...CRAP!!!
103.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
