Now that I am a week into my new job and know my schedule better I have a plane for the workouts. Setting days to workout will probably be better but right now I’m just setting a goal to workout three hours a week and I will see how that goes over the next couple of weeks if it isn’t working I will reevaluate. No energy lately or motivation, some of that might be the cold we got some snow this week not used to it being this cold.
