How do you tell your wife that she does not need to lose weight, and keep her from worrying about it when you are trying to lose weight and worrying about your own weight? I try to not boast weight loss to her, and try not to weigh myself in front of her. I never tell her to lose weight, I always tell her she looks great. I try to get her to eat healthy, but never tell her to not eat something . usually have to push her to eat, cause she has not eatn much all day.
