On saturday I didn't follow my diet very well. I substituted breakfast for a power bar, lunch for veggie tempura and ramen, from a noodle shop, and ended up getting takoyaki and bean cakes from a little japanese shop down the street from where I was. I also didn't drink nearly as much water as I usually did. I was suprised when I was at the gym and had trouble keeping my heart rate from going over 200 doing exercises that I usually do. I will have to be more careful today. I'm thinking it was because of the extra sugar I had from the protein bar I ate for breakfast that morning, but I'm not sure.
Today, there were cheese ball puffs, airheads candy, and cake up for grabs at work. I ended up giving in and grabbing a watermelon airheads candy, since I haven't had one in years. It was delicious, but it hurt my tongue when I was done then my stomach felt very acidic... probably won't be having one of those again for a while.
