No phent yesterday today whole one lots of walking am and pm 7miles based on iPhone steps. Finn is really tired. Boiled eggs will eat the whites mostly. Hoping for 195 tomorrow. No headaches but do see light spots in vision. Starting period. Goal is 190 end of October. That's about 2 lbs a week.
