I am proud of myself today not only did I work out I did my full hour as I planned to start this week working out one hour three times a week. I also meet my step count. I’m not sure I have been counting my calories correctly today and yesterday.
I went out to eat today, not fast foods, but a restaurant that did not show calories and I kinda pieced together a rough estimate I hope I over calculated but I’m not sure. I made a meal from scratch yesterday and counted all the calories I put in the meal and then divided it by number of servings I think that would be correct but again I think it was rough and not exact.
Let me know if you do it differently or might have a better way or if I just did it completely wrong!
