I got really depressed. My weight got up 22 ninety five that was a productximately a year ago. I got weighed about two weeks ago and I was Shocked, my weight was at 265 somewhere along the way. I lost thirty pounds. I haven't been in this much and I have been trying to use more self. Want to taco John's that wasn't self-control. I got 2 burritos and a thank you. I want burrito and a couple water. And I gave the lemonade to my grandkids. The other burrito is sitting in the fridge and I probably won't eat it. I figured it lost 30 pounds. I'm might as well make a stronger effort to lose rest. Christmas is gonna because my family is big and amazing cookies. But I did well at Thanksgiving. I took a little bit of everything and I just went back for more protein and squash. My daughter made it an honor my husband who passed away a year and a 1/2 ago so I ate a little more squash and it's not healthy. The way we make it with brown sugar, butter and salt and pepper. But it wasn't a lot it was only about a tablespoon. So here I am starting my journey again.
I know I have the support of my daughter and a family. It's just tired living alone now. Cooking for one is hard.
I might as well just make a sandwich.
