Yes I got on and off the scales 3 times!! I am doing alot of digging on the new allotment AND filling in my food diary too. I have been using Hairy Bikers recipes, they're different, but everyday food if you get what I mean. However the weather is due to change at some point next week and that may be the end of all the digging for a while, let's see how i go.

I have re-calculated my RDI due to the fact that I am doing more work on the allotment, don't know if I'm doing the right thing or not.

I'd say get as much digging in as you can while the weather lasts as after that you'll be frustrated if you are "almost but not quite finished"...and it's obviously doing your body and weight loss goals some good x
