Was lucky to make it to the gym two days in a row this week !!! What’s everyone else up to?

Runs for fitness— according to the numbers I see it says, If I understand correctly, that your pace was just short of a 16 minute mile which would be about 4 miles in AN HOUR, not in 38 minutes... the numbers on the left don’t quite add up . Maybe show these numbers to someone who works at the gym and see if they can clarify for you. According to many people I know who use this equipment at the gym, the stats are seldom accurate.

Kenna, I usually warm up .2 tenths of a mile and then run @ 7.0 mph or 7.2 to finish. Actually running 3.25 miles today. The rest is cool down time, walking. I try to focus on heart rate around 150-160 to get something out of it 😅 Sure feels good afterwards. I post these mostly for myself as a record of accountability to taking care of myself. I’m almost 51 and I want to be able to actually enjoy retirement when I get there. 😉 What’s your favorite exercises?? FYI , I enjoy your posts! 👏👍

The pace displayed is just for that moment in time when you were walking at 3.8 mph, not the average for the entire time. Looks like a great run! Good job! 👍
