I still didn't manage to get into my normal gym but I did get some cardio in while at work on an elliptical machine which was nice. Outside of that I was doing a bit of walking and some exercises at home. On top of this loss I also managed to progress in my studies this week which has been a good boost of positivity. I have a busy week this week but I am feeling ready for it and I am looking forward to it.
