I have been doing so much yard work the last few days since its finally been cooler and i habe nit lost one pound. Talk about being defeated! Really what else could i possibly do ugh!

after yard work I always crave carbs. I try to take a shower and a nap, drink some water, and see if the craving goes away on its own.
