Monday I was back up on my weight and eating half of calories I,m used to if this keeps up may need to increase calories. My whole body ached yesterday hope thats detoxing. Cw 221

I agree, stick with it. Your weight is going down, and you need to think about the long-term. Hang in there!

Is there an echo in here? Yes, stick with it -- give your body time to adjust. I went up slightly in weight fairly early on on FS, even though I had logged a pretty significant calorie deficit for the week -- it turned out to be just a temporary 'blip' that is a near long-forgotten memory at this point.
