I woke up this morning and took a walk. It was only about a mile, but I'm a bit proud of myself for the fact that I even did it! I had another bad (mindless) day yesterday, but I'm trying to get back on track today. I was honest, I recorded all my food (even though it's embarrassing). I just need to get back on board the whole "meal prep" wagon and eating healthier/simpler food rather than going out to eat and driving through fast food places.
