@LifesALilHectic Very simple! These are:
1. Thin cut chuck steaks, I cook them in a Ninja Foodie on Broil at 450 for 2.5-3 minutes.
2. Beef ribs I cook in the oven at 350 for 2 hours, add little water on the bottom and cover with foil.
