I'm really chuffed at this result - must be the exercise classes I went to last week!

68 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow, you're doing fantastically well! Yes, exercise certainly does help! It increases the calorie deficit nicely!

Thanks! I'm quite active anyway because I don't have a car, so I tend to walk a lot. Also, I have a stationary bike at home. The exercise classes are to give me more variety and to work on the parts I don't work on at home. Lynn
