Chipotle and Chinese food yesterday. Tried to watch the carbs. Ate lotsa proteins and some veggies but loaded up with rice and noodles too.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
