my weight tracker just told me that at the rate i am going i will be losing 6.6lbs a week, and reach my goal weight in 3 months. i find that very unlikely, but it is an intriguing thought! i suppose since this is my first week and my food intake has changed dramatically....the lbs will shed off at first then slow down a bit. right??
