I've added a fitness component to this weight loss journey. I'm trying to put it in high gear. I'd like to lose min 15 pounds in the next 8 weeks. OH, yeah, it's 8 weeks until the wedding. I don't think that is out of reach, just need to stay motivated. Drink water, watch the calorie intake - think I'm pretty good there - I guess I should track it at least one day to see really how I am at. And then keep moving. This week only missed Tuesday which was a scheduled day off. I know it is only 15 minutes each norning, but I am starting to look forward to it. I'll get to the thirty minutes in another week and then I hope to take off in the weight loss. A college loss 20 pounds in the last 5 weeks - walking daily, 30 minutes of hard cardio each day - don't know if I could do that, perhaps when I first started, but I am me and I've got to do what I do. Start pulminary rehab next week, so we'll see what that entails. Got to ge to work. Keep it up - you can do it!
