First REAL workout in 3 months. Hip-hop abs fat burning cardio. It kicked my butt, but feels good to have made it through. Still have a large open wound, so I'm eating worse than I did when I was pregnant, but I've added more protein, and am taking prenatal, fiber, and fiber supplement. It's paying off. My wound went from 19cm to 16cm in just under two weeks.
