*Rounding Up* Had French Toast yesterday. From the batter, I didn't consume the whole egg, or milk, maybe about half was left in the bowl, but I'd rather 'round up' than down. I'll take the hit on the ghost calories left behind. I'll still hit my calories for the day as I had hoped, I'll 'technically' be a little under.
Today I was using up baked pork chop, brussel sprout and potato dinner. I halved the boneless pork chop, potatoe (1/4 baked) and remaining few Brussel sprouts. I decided I needed to top the potato with something and didn't want the usual's. So, I cut up a few Kalamata olives and blistered some cherry tomatoes in a water/Dijon sauce and poured over. Delish!
