晚餐:兩人份

路過看到有活動,想吃看看牛排就進去吃看看,餐廳很精緻很好吃~

蛋白質:牛肉、炸魚、炸蝦,炸物較油一點
澱粉:白飯(兩人只吃半碗)、玉米、炸薯條、麵包
油脂:炸物、玉米濃湯、奶油
纖維質:花椰菜、洋蔥、沙拉、牛蒡
其他罪惡的:冰淇凌、奶酪
