This week has been hard for me. Classes just started again and I almost immediately felt the stress of it. I have recorded everything that I have eaten, but my weight hasn't changed. I've also been staying at or below 1700 calories a day. I think I need to actually pick up a workout routine if I ever plan on losing this weight. It might even help to relieve some of my stress.

That is a great tip, HCB. I also think there might be something to the idea that some exercise might help relieve stress... as long as you don't stress out more if you miss a workout here or there. :)
