I got stuck on 72kg for a few days, which was a bit frustrating, but when I weighed myself this morning I'd lost 0.6 kg.

Thanks! Before I joined fat secret I lost 3kg but then there was a heatwave for almost 3 weeks (I don't live in the UK)and I couldn't do much exercise. Luckily, I didn't gain weight because it was too hot to eat. Good luck! Lynn
