I'm camping. We camp a lot between April and October. SO brings so much junk/snack food. Add alcohol, friends and late nights by the fire and I tend to lose control. Last night I did my usual. Today I'm going to not do that. I've also been upping my steps. Walks. Housework. Setting up camp. It all adds up. I've made significant changes this week in that area. I WFH since 2020. Sitting in a chair in front of a laptop. I'm purposefully getting up and dancing around the house for a song or two several times a day. Taking the dog for a walk even though I don't necessarily feel like it. Have been crushing my 6000 step goal every day for a week. Just writing to remind myself how good I'm doing. Progress, not perfection.
