Starting today, I'm 12 weeks out from my next half marathon. I've got some good motivation since I'm trying to run it under 2 hours this time. I'm just trying to become a better athlete so I'm not completely focused on my weight, but I'm sure that'll be a great side effect by focusing on what I eat and sticking to a training schedule. I want to be a lean, mean running machine!
