I did well this week, a couple of gym visits and a couple of trips to the pool for a splash with my kids. Due to stress eating and my nemesis KFC I blew 2 days out on the diet lol. However during the second half of the week I was consistently on top of the diet and aimed to combat the KFC, which I seem to have succeeded with based on the scale results.
