I've been down as far as 160.8, then blew it with wrong food, margaritas and lack of exercise. Didn't even want to weigh in this morning, I was so disgusted with this past weekend, so tried to do penance by going to the gym twice today. Will weigh in tomorrow in the hopes that I did some good today....sigh.
