I was a very bad girl this weekend. I won't even attempt to weigh in today. Usually when I eat badly over a weekend, most of that weight is water weight. So, weighing myself today will most probably make me cry. I will fast today and weigh in tomorrow morning! Most of the damage will be gone in a day or two ... hopefully ...
