잠 잘 잔지 3일째! (수면시간 1:00~7:50)
오늘은 조금 일어나기 힘들긴 했는데 확실하게 컨디션이 좋아진 게 느껴진다^^
62.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
