First day back to the gym in two weeks. Felt AMAZING 🤩 😅 came down with a virus and knocked me down for a bit . Glad to be back in the saddle!!!

I went today to the gym and swam 26 laps. I’m limited due to my back/spinal surgeries(8).

I was down too for a bit, a little over a week and couldn’t lift. It stucked. But I’m back with an attitude now 😎
