First day on Induction, I did pretty good. I turned down the offer of some pizza, and resisted the lure of some Bugles, which my sister was eating in my face, on the drive home; not an easy thing to do, since I'm a pizza freak, and the Bugles were smelling sooo good.
I'm going to have to figure out a way to make some low carb tamales. My sister had me look up the address to a Mexican restaurant, today, knowing that I love Mexican food, but unaware I was starting on Induction today. Good thing I'm a creative cook.
