Damned beer! Now I realize if I have EVEN 1, it's not doing my diet any good. Ok, this was also at the baseball game, and the pretzel probably didn't help either (hehehe), but I do have to watch this. maybe if I was able to get some exercise in afterwards, but sitting at the game isn't going to do any good......

Now, onto the gym!

I like your thinking, but it does seem to be better when I don't have any. I'm sure it was the combination of all three - pretzel, beer and not moving for 4 hours - so I have to temper one against the others. Thanks for the encouragement!
