It's been a busy week! 3am workouts and I took a rest day in between. Love that I found an ACTUAL 24 hour gym. I'll be doing an active rest day tomorrow before I hit the second cycle of my goal to the 1000 pound club. Food intake is going very well so far. I'm feeling my waist fat tissue thinning out. Still on my 2800kCal plan. Let's see what this week will bring!
