Belum bisa olahraga, lutut nya sakit & ngilu karena jatuh dari motor..
tapi skrng mulai lagi clean eating.. No gorengan.. No Junk Food.. bismillah aja,, Pengen Banget turun 9 kg :(
59 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
