經期重訓1hr有點點吃力🤣還看到學員運動到吐了
突然也覺得好想吐…

早餐:毛毛蟲奶露麵包+顆粒燕麥飲
午餐:奇異果香蕉麥片優格+鹽味毛豆+烤牛奶一片
晚餐:1/3盒炒飯+花椰菜🥦
