Trader Joe's has a lot to choose from. 2 of my faves "Chamagne Pear Vinaigrete" (50 cal./ 2 tbsp) and "Cilantro" ( 45 cal./ 2Tbsp, both 3.5 g of fat.

I agree with dipping the fork into the dressing. You get the taste with each bite, and the container is almost full when you are done.

HELENDAKOTA- I am definitely going to try that method. Blue cheese is my favorite so I will have to try hard not to eat the crumbles. haha

We get sugar free Walden Farms and Maple Grove Farms dressings. They come I a wide variety of flavors and have zero sugars, fats, and calories and surprisingly taste good! I can use plenty of dressing without feeling guilty. I like a little salad with my dressings.

There also are some yogurt-based dressings that people say are delicious and low calorie too. You can get lower calories bleu cheese, too.

When I eat a veggies-only salad I like to squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and then sprinkle Truvia on top of that. It has an awesome fresh flavor! When I have salad with meat or cheese involved I usually use the fork-dip method. Both ways save tons of calories!

OPA Greek Yogurt Dressings. Feta and dill are awesome. Bolthouse does a blue cheese yogurt which is very good.

I use Maple Grove, either the Raspberry or Balsamic Vinaigrette both are equally delicious. Recently I bought Bolthouse Salsa Ranch. I haven't had ranch in over a year. But it's made with yogurt and it's really good.

I have a dressing container with recipes and measures right on it and mix my own dressing every day depending on what I feel like. I cant do dairy so I lean heavily on vinaigrettes. But really I just eat most of my veggies raw. I don't really like lettuce much so I just slice up cukes tomatoes, peppers and celery and eat them that way.

I'm a huge fan of the Bolthouse Farms Yogurt based dressings. My faves are the Blue Cheese, Ranch, 1000 Island and Parmesan Caesar... all under 50 cal per 2 TB serving... and they taste great.
