INDUCTION BEGINS IN REAL EARNEST TODAY!!!!!

Only proteins and veggies
minimal carbs (under 20, strictly counted)
points under 20
No coffee; switch to green tea (2-3 cups daily)
Exercise: daily running for 30 mins and other exercises in addition

GOTTA CRACK THIS PLATEAU!!!

Today I was 138. something (Chinese food yesterday and today).

NO MORE CHEATING!!! THe goal is to lose 8 pds by the end of the month.
